Premier Computer and Communications Changes Name to Essential IT Services, Inc

New Name Reflects Current Strategic Focus

March 7, 2010, Wichita, KS: Premier Computer and Communications announced today that the Company’s shareholders and board of directors have approved a name change to Essential IT Services, Inc.

Essential IT Services, Inc is a premier provider of Information Technology Services to small and medium sized businesses offering Technical Support Services, Data Protection Services, Virtual CIO-CTO Services, and Network Management Services.
